Ranpirnase enhances efficacy of radiation on A549 human lung cancer xenografts of nude mice assessed by diffuse optical spectroscopies

Abstract

Ranpirnase (ONC) induced a significant increase in blood flow and oxygen saturation, along with significant growth inhibition in NSCLC. ONC may be a promising drug for the treatment of NSCLC patients.
