Measurement of skin pigmentation in-vivo with multispectral dermoscopy

Abstract

Multispectral dermoscopy is presented as a useful method for non-invasively measuring the contribution of melanin and hemoglobin to skin pigmentation. Images generated from reflectance spectra demonstrate the origin of coloration in different lesions.
