Pump Probe Molecular Contrast Optical Coherence Tomography Utilizing the Photodegradation of SDC5712

Abstract

We demonstrate the use of the near-infrared dye SDC5712 as a contrast agent for pump-probe molecular contrast OCT in both tissue phantoms and biological samples, providing up to 20 dB of contrast in initial studies.
