Quasi-confocal fluorescence sectioning with dynamic speckle illumination

Abstract

We present a new linear fluorescence microscopy technique that relies on dynamic speckle illumination and provides depth discrimination in thick tissue. We demonstrate quasi- confocal imaging in a mouse brain labeled with green fluorescent protein.
