Calibration techniques for small animal bimodality X-CT and fluorescence diffuse optical tomography

Abstract

A small animal tomographer designed for the dual acquisitions of fluorescence optical and X-rays signals is presented. Dedicated geometrical and optical calibration techniques have been developed and are exposed.
