Surface Topography of Cellular Membrane on Nanometer Scale Using White-Light Quantitative Phase Microscope

Abstract

We developed a Linnik-type interference microscope with a low-coherent light source and obtained a full-field topographic image of a cellular membrane on a nanometer scale without using staining dye or a reflection-enhancement agent.
