Hemodynamically Constrained Dynamic Diffuse Optical Tomography under Mammographic Compression

Abstract

We analyze a hemodynamically constrained metabolic model, describing temporal changes of oxygen saturation in the breast due to mammographic-like compression. We test how the recovery of metabolic parameters is influenced by measurement characteristics and approximations.
