Large Depth-of-Field Lensfree Imaging and Characterization of Cells over an Ultra-Wide Field-of-View

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

A high-throughput on-chip imaging-platform that can rapidly characterize >100,000 cells within a depth-of-field of >1mm, and over a field-of-view of ~10cm2is introduced. This imaging-system can monitor multiple object-planes without any lenses or mechanical scanning. Article not available.
