In vivo Optical Coherence Tomography of Mouse Skin Wound Healing

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We examined the utility of OCT for in vivo imaging of skin healing using murine transcutaneous wound model. OCT identifications as validated by corresponding histology demonstrate its potential for noninvasive, high-resolution monitoring of wound healing. Article not available.
