Optical Tomography Using US Localization to Assess Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

Abstract

In this report, we demonstrate that optical tomography guided by ultrasound (Optical Tomography/US) can be used during neoadjuvant chemotherapy to repeatedly monitor tumor vascular changes. Optical tomography/US may also assess early pathological response during treatment.
