Abstract

Using fluorophore specific to zinc, a well-established prostate cancer marker, to detect prostate cancer will be challenged by the “reverse-uptake” of the fluorophore. A sensitivity-adapted reconstruction method may improve the target recovery in axial-imaging geometry.
