Abstract

We study the effects of hypercapnia and hyperoxia in cerebral hemodynamics of healty adults using concurrent ASL and BOLD MRI, diffuse correlation (DCS) & near-infrared spectroscopies (NIRS). Our aim was to validate ASL vs DCS, compare BOLD response to NIRS results and compare estimates of CMRO2 by two methods.
