140 kHz Optical Coherence Tomography Imaging by MEMS Scanner Based Swept Source Laser

Abstract

We developed a swept source laser using a 2-degree of freedom(DOF) micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS) scanner mirror. Optical coherence tomography(OCT) measurements are performed at 140,000 lines/s utilizing bidirectional wavelength sweeps.
