Quantitative results of a bi-modal X-ray fDOT system in a cylindrical geometry

Abstract

We develop a new instrument that couple cylindrical fluorescence diffuse optical tomography to a micro XCT system. We focus on the effective coupling between both modalities via the fDOT algorithm. Quantitative results are provided.
