Abstract
Multispectral and phase-contrast DOT are used to track treatment progress in a patient with locally advanced breast invasive carcinoma during neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Tumor shrinkage as well as significant changes of optical parameters was observed during the course of chemotherapy from optical images.
