Imaging RNA in Single Living Cells: Recent Advances and Future Outlook

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Recently, we developed an oligonucleotide-based probe for imaging RNA in living cells, i.e. Ratiometric BiMolecular Beacons (RBMBs). RBMBs are highly sensitive, exhibit little/no false-positives, and can be used for prolonged imaging of single RNA transcripts.
