Fast multispectral diffuse optical tomography system for in vivo imaging of seizure dynamics

Abstract

We report a multispectral continuous-wave diffuse optical tomography system for real time noninvasive 3D imaging of hemodynamic changes. The system is validated by tissue-like phantoms, and further demonstrated by in vivo animal seizure model.
