Abstract

We present full-frame (256x500 pixel) simultaneous multiphoton and fluorescence lifetime microscopy, in vivo. Parallel excitation and collection on a single element detector allows for a two orders of magnitude increase in pixel rate over serial scanning and deep imaging in scattering medium.
