Abstract

The cytosolic drug delivery mechanism is a key advantage for the delivery of intracellular active cancer agents. Here, we use confocal microscopy to investigate the cytosolic delivery mechanism of HDL-mimicking peptide-phospholipid scaffold (HPPS).
