In vivo near infrared fluorescence imaging of efficient systemic siRNA delivery with HDL-mimicking peptide lipid nanoparticles

Abstract

The big challenge for RNAi therapeutics is systemic delivery of siRNA. Here, we report the successful in vivo targeted delivery of siRNA using HDL-Mimicking Peptide Phospholipid Scaffold (HPPS) nanoparticle proved by near infrared fluorescence imaging.
