Modeling GaAs/AlGaAs/Ag Lasers for Photoacoustic Diagnosis of Bone Density by Photonic and Optical Methods

Abstract

This work develops models to compute coupling coefficients of semiconductor-metal lasers for photoacoustic diagnosis of bone density variations. Numerical results computed by the photonic and the optical methods have close values.
