Cell Life Cycle Characterization Based on Generalized Morphological Parameters for Interferometric Phase Microscopy

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We developed new biological cell analysis tools for interferometric phase microscopy based directly on the quantitative phase profile and used them to characterize cancer-cell life cycle, and uniquely distinguish and predict the cell life phases.
