Measurement of Raman Spectra for Tomographic Reconstruction

Abstract

Raman signal is measured through a tomography set-up with 8 distinct spectrometers allowing for increased spectral resolution. Reconstructed images show good localization and contrast of Raman signal to background for Teflon inclusions within gelatin-based phantoms.
