DCS Measurement Can Be Gated Via Monitoring Muscle Movement to Derive Accurate Blood Flow in Exercising Muscle

Abstract

We demonstrate that the diffuse correlation spectroscopy (DCS) measurement can be gated via monitoring muscle movement by a dynamometer to continuously derive accurate blood flow information in exercising skeletal muscle.
