Flexible and rigid endoscopy for high-resolution in-depth imaging with Full-Field OCT

Abstract

We propose a novel method for in situ cellular imaging of biological tissues using a full-field OCT setup with an entirely passive probe. Ex vivo results on human breast and first in vivo results on human skin are presented.
