Fast 3D Optical Mammography using ICG Dynamics for Reader-Independent Lesion Differentiation

Abstract

Based on ICG bolus kinetics of absorption changes in the reconstructed DOT images in suspicious lesion bearing breasts, we derived a reader independent classification between malignant and benign lesions with high sensitivity and specificity.
