Abstract
An automated, multi-view, spectral bioluminescence tomography system that utilises structured-light-based surface capture techniques along with a model-based approach to image reconstruction is presented. The accuracy of the reconstructed volumetric map of light-source distribution within a physical phantom is demonstrated with reference to a CT scan showing a source localisation error of 1.7mm.
