In vivo Imaging Human Micro-circulation with Video-rate Third Harmonic Generation Microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrated a video-rate third harmonic generation (THG) microscopy system that can image the micro-circulation beneath the human skin. Not only the speed of flow but also the morphodynamics of blood cells can be diagnosed.
