Functional connectivity disruption in a mouse model of ischemic stroke

Abstract

We establish functional connectivity optical intrinsic signal imaging (fcOIS) in a mouse model of ischemic stroke, and report relationships between functional connectivity and infarct volume, cortical activations, and behavior.
