Simultaneous CBF and [HbO] Resting-State Functional Connectivity in Mice

Abstract

The interpretation of altered functional connectivity (fc) in disease is potentially complicated by concurrent alterations in neurovascular coupling. Creating maps of fc from spontaneous blood will potentially help clarify signatures of dysfunction.
