Time-resolved Hyperspectral Diffuse Optical Tomography: proof of concept

Abstract

We present a novel time-resolved Diffuse Optical Tomography system based on wide-field illumination and wide-field hyperspectral detection. Preliminary phantom studies are conducted to show its potential for 3D fast tomographic imaging.
