Center of Rotation Function as a General Method for Center of Rotation Detection

Abstract

Determining the center of rotation is essential for high quality 3D reconstruction in Optical Projection Tomography. In order to get an algorithm that can be used for all types of samples, a new center of rotation search method was developed.
