White-light Diffraction Tomography (WDT) of Live Cells

Abstract

White-light diffraction tomography is introduced as a new tomographic imaging technique that combines quantitative phase imaging with white-light, inverse scattering, and deconvolution. We show 3D and 4D imaging of unlabeled live cells using WDT.
