Polarized light Monte Carlo simulations of Depolarization contrast from Gold Nanoparticles

Abstract

Polarized light Monte Carlo model is investigated for interaction in turbid media containing nanoparticles as contrast agents. Depolarization of linear and circular polarized backscattered light is analyzed for different size of nanoparticles.
