Solving the Scattering Inverse Problem in the Wavevector Space

Abstract

A wavevector space approach is proposed to solve the scattering inverse problem. Then, we solve white-light diffraction tomography and apply it for 3D cell reconstruction. At the end, we study diffraction tomography under low numerical-aperture.
