A Fluorescence Imaging Optofluidics Device for Cytologic Morphology Assessment

Abstract

An optofluidics screening system as a point-of-care tool for early disease detection in low-resource settings. The current prototype uses a high-speed fluorescence microscope and microfluidics to image fluorescently stained oral cells in suspension.
