Quantification of Capillary Flow and Density By Ultra-high Resolution OCT

Abstract

An ultrahigh-resolution OCT is presented that allows quantifying the capillary flow and density in neurovascular networks in vivo. This technology has been validated by an animal model with chronic cocaine administration.
