Texture Analysis Applied to SHG Image Data for Ovarian Cancer Classification

Abstract

Texture analyses are successfully applied to SHG imaging microscopy data to discriminate the structural changes in collagen organization in the extracellular matrix in ex vivo human normal ovarian and malignant ovarian tissues.
