Live-cell video-rate single-molecule switching nanoscopy

Abstract

We have developed an ultra-fast fluorescence photoactivation localization microscopy (FPALM/PALM/STORM) instrument capable of live-cell super-resolution imaging at up to video-rate. I will present the underlying principles and applications.
