Swept Source OCT of oral mucosa and labial salivary glands in cystic fibrosis

Abstract

In vivo 3D-OCT imaging of the lower lip mucosa and labial salivary glands (LSGs) is demonstrated in cystic fibrosis (CF) patients. Surface density of LSGs in CF patients is statistically lower than in healthy subjects.
