Predicting Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Patients Using Dynamic Tomographic Optical Breast imaging (DTOBI)

Abstract

DTOBI measures compression induced hemodynamic changes as novel optical biomarkers of breast pathology. We present the predictive value of these biomarkers pertaining to treatment outcome in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
