Abstract

Nonlinear optical approaches are used to study human ovarian cancer. SHG imaging elucidates structural differences in normal and malignant tissues. Cell adhesion/migration dynamics are examined with bimimetic ECM models fabricated by multiphoton excited photochemistry.
