High-Speed Optical Phase-Control for Focusing and Imaging through Dynamic Turbid Media

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We control light propagation through highly scattering media by an adaptive holographic technique. An FPGA-controlled deformable mirror device generates phase optimized wavefronts at a high rate that approaches the decorrelation time of living biological tissue.
