Design and Fabrication of Miniature Objective Lens for Three Part White Blood Cell Differential Measurements

Abstract

Three-part differential white blood cell counts are used for disease diagnosis and monitoring at the point-of-care. A low-cost, miniature fluorescent microscope was fabricated for quantification of lymphocytes, granulocytes, and monocytes in whole blood samples.
