Adaptive Optics for Deep Brain Imaging

Abstract

Imaging neurons deep within the brain requires correction of sample-induced aberrations. I will describe methods extending adaptive-optical microscopy to scattering brains and show how it helps to elucidate neural mechanisms in the mouse visual cortex. Article not available.
