Abstract

The lateral and axial spatial resolutions of a temporal focusing multiphoton excitation microscopy are remarkably improved through second-order nonlinear structured-illumination microscopy and projected structured light with 168 nm and 1.22 μm, respectively. Furthermore, a three-dimensionally rendered image of a biotissue is improved and the deep tissue image is also achieved.
