Endogenous probe for oxidative stress detection by FLIM

Abstract

In this work we show label free, non-invasive detection of oxidative stress by phasor approach to fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy of an endogenous, autofluorescent probe associated with lipid oxidation by ROS.
