Rapid in-vivo Optical Projection Tomography of Larval and Adult Zebrafish Disease Models with Angular Multiplexing and FLIM-FRET

Abstract

We report angular multiplexed OPT and FLIM OPT applied to in-vivo imaging of cancer and FRET biosensors in larval and adult zebrafish. Multispectral 3-D datasets of entire adult zebrafish can be acquired in 3 minutes.
