Abstract

SCAPE microscopy allows real-time 3D visualization of intact human tissues at cellular resolution using autofluorescence or topical/intravenous dyes. We are developing a portable clinical SCAPE system suitable for open/laparoscopic surgery and surveillance of accessible tissues.
