Quantitative Phase Microscopy with Simultaneous Aberration Correction

Abstract

We present a quantitative phase imaging method, based on Differential Phase Contrast (DPC), that recovers both the complex-field of a weak object and the spatially-varying pupil functions (aberrations) of the optical system.
